Lubricants 02It's a fact of life that all bicycles should be serviced before things go wrong.  If you do so regularly, you'll extend the life of your bicycle's parts and protect your investment.  You may want to learn from our Maintenance Seminars, or if you're short of time, not up-to-date with the latest bicycle technology, or you simply want a professional's touch, let us service your bicycle for you.

You can choose from four levels of service on adult bicycles:

  • Total Overhaul
  • Premium Service
  • General Service
  • Basic Adjustment

There is also a Basic Service for children's bicycles without gears.

Campagnolo Pro ShopYou can view our Menu of Services to see the price for each and what work will be performed on your bicycle.   Although we can't always guarantee it, our aim is to have your bicycle ready for you within a day or two.

If your bicycle has one or two niggling problems, we can address these issues on an item-by-item basis.  In these instances we charge you according to a schedule of charges that is on display in the shop.  If there are several problems needing attention, generally one of our services will be better value.  Due to the nature of repairs we really need to see your bike to give you a good indication of what is required and the expected cost.  (Although we occasionally are told that our work on bikes is "magic" we still can't tell you how much your repair will cost or fix your bike over the phone!)

Workshop Tools

When you bring in your bicycle we'll carefully inspect it to identify as much of the work that should be performed.  Once you give the OK, then you can leave the rest to us knowing that your bike will be expertly serviced in a professional manner.

If you would like some more information, please see our section on Servicing Your Bike in the FAQs.
