Club Renegade Loyalty Program FAQs
What is the Club Renegade Loyalty Program? Club Renegade rewards you with points on every purchase you make at Renegade Cycles. Each cent spent earns a point. When your latest purchase takes you over 50,000 points you’ll be issued with a $25 voucher on the spot which can be used on your next purchase. It’s an easy system for both you and us to use. To join you need to provide us with your personal details. To facilitate future transactions we will issue you a small key card which will allow us to quickly access your account.
Is there any cost to join? No simply provide us with your personal details to help us track your purchases.
Does every purchase I make qualify for points? Yes except for gift vouchers. Sale items earn points equivalent to the sales price. Only fully paid and picked up items qualify as a purchase.
Do the vouchers have an expiry date? Yes. They expire one year from date of issue.
Can I defer the issuance of any vouchers earned? No we can’t put them on hold for you.
Do my unused points that have not been converted into vouchers expire? No.
What if I lose my voucher? You must present your voucher to receive $25 off your purchase so please treat the vouchers are like cash. We can retrieve unexpired vouchers if lost but it can take considerable time.
Can someone else use my voucher? Yes you may give your voucher to someone else to use.
What if I earn 100,000 points during a purchase? We will issue you with multiple vouchers for every 50,000 points processed through your account.
Can I put my voucher toward the purchase that earned it? No. Vouchers may only be used on your next purchase. However, you may make another purchase immediately after being issued with your voucher.
If I present my Club Renegade $25 voucher on a $100 purchase will I still earn 10,000 points or will the voucher reduce my points earned to 7,500? You would still earn 10,000 points.
Do I need my key card to earn points? No. It is provided for your convenience only. If you don’t have your key card when you make a purchase, simply give us your name or phone number and we’ll look up your account details.
Does my key card have any other uses? Not at this time but we are developing our web site so that your card number will provide you access to members only pages which detail special monthly offers and your points total.
I’m a member of Bicycle NSW. Do I still get my 5% discount? No. The Club Renegade Loyalty Program supersedes all discount programs.
Can I get additional key cards for my household? No. We can only assign one card per household.
What if I lose my key card? We will issue you a replacement at no charge and assign you a new Club Renegade account number that coincides with the card.
Can I transfer points to other customer accounts? No. If for some reason you have multiple accounts under one household we recommend that you consolidate them into one account. Please see us to do so.
